Spectral Consultants is hiring for Financial Due Diligence / Financial Planning and Analysis - Manager with one of the top management consulting firms.
Requirements :
1. Relevant external audit experience working with a public accounting firm and/or mergers and acquisitions transactions experience or experience in financial planning and analysis / statutory accounting/ Financial Due diligence
2. Chartered Accountancy degree or MBA in Finance from a premier institute with 6-10 years of experience.
3. At least 6 years of relevant experience in FDD/ external audit working with a public accounting firm and/or mergers and acquisitions transactions experience or experience in financial planning and analysis / statutory accounting / Financial Due diligence.
