Manager - Financial Due Diligence - Buy & Sell Side Engagement

We're hiring for a Financial Due Diligence role with a leading US-based Management Consulting firm in Bangalore.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in FDD (Buy-side & Sell-side engagements)

- Team Management experience (preferred)

- CA/MBA in Finance

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Review and consistently check of the final deliverable, ensuring data accuracy and final review of the report consistency.

- Ability to independently draft certain sections of FDD Report such as the Background, Quality of Earnings (basic to moderate complexity adjustments), Summary Financials, and Exhibits.

- Ability to do basic Debt/Debt-Like and Net Working Capital analysis and adjustment calculations.

It'll be a 5 days working/Hybrid mode
