Manager - Financial Due Diligence - Big4

Lead Asia Pacific financial due diligence for acquisitions, joint venture and equity investments. Focus on analyzing the quality of target company earnings, operating metrics, debt and debt-like items and net working capital, which may influence the outcome of the transaction. Provide advice to the corporate development deal team related to purchase agreements and negotiation points,

Provide continuity/transition to the post-merger integration and operational finance teams post-closing.

Basic Qualifications:

- Minimum 8 years experience in professional services or consulting in major accounting/financial firm

- Minimum 6 years experience with a Big Four firm in a financial due diligence capacity or similar background at a major corporation (Fortune 500)

- Degree in Accounting or Finance

Preferred Qualifications:

- Led and managed multiple financial due diligence projects and teams

- Carve-out due diligence experience a plus

- Professional certifications preferred (chartered accountant, CFA, etc.)
