Manager - Financial Business Planning & Analysis/MIS - FMCG

1.) Responsible for driving formulation & execution of key business priorities and evaluation of strategic opportunities.

2.) Business performance, budgeting, MIS reporting, forecasting,planning and understanding variances while working with and directly reporting to CFO.

3.) Ensuring timely and effective budgeting, analyzing, forecasting of various financial and marketing key performance indicators.

4.) Preparing detailed base datasheet showing segmental analysis - Plant wise, division wise, product wise of production and sales along with Revenue mix and realizations and detailed analysis of Profit and Loss account on quarterly basis for both standalone and consolidated numbers with YoY/QoQ changes.

5.) Analyzing and comparing movement of Financials and KPIs of competitors.
