She will be responsible to performs valuation, market sizing leveraging corporate finance metrics, volume planning and projection models
As a professional in this team, She will help stakeholders with deep expertise on competitor/industry bench-marking, evaluation and target assessment/due-diligence on mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions; financial reporting and projections; strategic planning; and portfolio valuations and addressing organizational value optimization.
KRA
- Support in providing financial data and analysis leveraging specialized finance, accounting, corporate finance (CF) concepts, deep rooted knowledge in financial analysis
- Analyze companies from a financial, enterprise value, accounting, operational, and industry perspective, competitive benchmarking, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) due diligence
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders to communicate and provide key insights and financial analysis/models-based recommendations.
- To create financial models based on business issues or transactions being analyzed and get the team to deliver high-quality valuation work
