Manager - Financial Analysis - Semiconductor Manufacturer - CA/ICWA (8-15 yrs)
This is for a Semiconductor manufacturing company in Bengaluru for Financial Analyst
Primary Activities :
- Responsible for Etch product group FID cost and margin forecast
- Forecast and Actuals Variance Analysis and Reporting.
- Adhoc reporting (BOM analysis) and costing requests
- Dashboarding data set up (Volume Purchase Agreements/Package Deals)
- Process Documentation, Prepare Month-end close entries and account reconciliations.
- Set up forecast files by the customer by product for review with Sales Ops
Required Education and Experience
- Commerce graduate; Related professional certification CA/CWA Inter/MBA/M Com/B com
- 7 -10 years of experience
- Stint in manufacturing set-up required
- Industry knowledge not required, but preferred.
Skills and Competencies Needed:
- Strong financial systems expertise. Familiarity with SAP, BW, Business Objects Planning is preferred
- Strong understanding of costing concepts
- Exceptional financial modeling skills using Microsoft Excel, and strong Powerpoint skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to summarize complex and technical issues / analysis into simple and clear messaging for Senior management
- Solid interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective business partner relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Extremely detail oriented, well organized, high standard of accuracy and ability to multi-task.
- Work timings will be overlap with NA for 3-4 hours. Should be open to stretch during Month/Quarter close and Planning cycles and support stakeholders as required.
