Roles and responsibilities:
Management reporting :
- Prepare reporting packs
- Prepare key metrics for cost line reports
- Prepare & publish reconciliation of onshore & books"
- Prepare monthly estimates for stakeholders
- Prepare annual plan and forecast for respective BU's & cost lines
- Support Ad-hoc requests
- Ensure Quality of delivery and TAT
Project support:
- Provide inputs for Advance tax working
- Stakeholder Management
- Conduct periodic calls and meetings with BU COO's/Ops team, functions spocs & KI-Finance
Technical / Process Skills :
- Ensure accuracy of reports being published
- Analyse the results / variances
- Interpret the findings and convey appropriate messages
- Attention to detail
Excel skill- Advanced level
- Design reporting models with appropriate links
- Prepare charts / graphs
- Work with large data sets"
MS-Word & Powerpoint Intermediate
ERP/Reporting tools (eg. Oracle/Hyperion) "Advanced including:
- Extraction of data / reports
- Upload data for Plan / Forecast
- Design operational reports"
- Oracle Working knowledge
- Enabling skills Collaboration
- Issue resolution

- Good communication
Qualification and experience - CA / MBA (from reputed institute); relevant experience of 08-10 years
