Job Description:

CA with 3 yrs. post qualification experience with working knowledge of SAP will Support Head (Treasury & Sales Accounting) in Corporate Finance and has to play an important team role with the Sales Accounting team. As an important member of the Corporate finance, the person needs to co-ordinate with the Sales & Marketing and CSD department to ensure that the financial objectives and Improvement initiatives set for the organization are accomplished.

Major Tasks & Responsibilities will be in supporting Head (Treasury & Sales Accounting) in below activities

1. Overall Receivable Management

2. Dealer Receivable Management

3. Marketing Selling & Distribution Cost Management

4. Dealers Channel Finance Coverage Management

5. JSOX audit compliance of Sales Accounting related area

6. Dealers claim process management

7. Customer / Dealers Credit management

8. Receivable confirmation from Dealers / Customers

9. Supporting in Net working capital management

10. Supporting in ROCE improvement management

11. Supporting in Interest Rate Management

12. Dealing with Financers for the collection of prompt payment

13. Planning for Discounting of Receivables with financers / Bankers

14. Negotiation of Letter of credit as per LC terms

15. Assisting in preparation of MIS on receivables to Top management of the company

16. Assisting in preparation of MIS on Selling and Distribution of marketing to top management of the company.

17. Verification of sales as per company policy

18. Provisioning of Expenses of marketing as per company policy

19. Provisioning for Bad & Doubtful debts as per company policy

20. Analyzing the collection received and adjusting with receivables

21. Co-ordinating with an Outsourced agency

22. Liaising with Auditors to close audit issues
