Manager - Finance - Treasury & Debt - CA (3-5 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Fundraising, Investment pitch, and Debt Raising

- Short-term liquidity and long-term cash flow management


- Lender relationship management with global DFIs, Domestic Banks & NBFCs

- Managing end-to-end lender reporting and monitoring covenant & security cover

- Working experience of dealing with Term Loans, NCDs, Securitizations

- Financial modeling, cash flow planning

- Working relationship with credit rating agencies, trusteeships, and legal counsel Constructing a strategic business plan

- Review and commercial analysis of debt proposals

- Automation of key treasury summaries like debt raised, outstanding debt, rating limits, security cover, cost of funds, scheduled cash flows

- Handling all lender concerns on active loans

- Handling of closure and post-closure formalities

- Responsible for all content, queries, meetings, and post-meeting company material for Debt raising

Credit Rating Surveillance:

- Assist in getting credit rating done from multiple rating agencies

- Ensure seamless information sharing with the rating Agencies

Operations:

- Work with Financial Institutions for creation, modification, and satisfaction of charge with MCA.

- Coordinate with the Lender for the No Dues Certificate Post Loan Closure

- Monitor the post disbursement Compliances - Due Diligence Certificate, Financial Snapshots & Portfolio Quality Report, Book Debt Statement, Audited Financials, Provisional Financials

Compliance & Audit-Related Activities :

- Coordinate to Ensure the timely Submission of the RBI Returns of DNBS 4B, DNBS 4A, ALM I, ALM II & ALM III on a monthly Quarterly & Half Yearly Basis

- Ensure the timely submission of the NHB Monthly Return.

- Ensure the timely submission of the NDSI, Liquidity Disclosure Details & LCR on a quarterly basis

- Ensure the data regarding Stat Audit & Internal Audit is provided to relevant departments.

Requirements:

- Experience 3-5 years in fundraising from banks and financial institutions for NBFC/HFC- s Banking and Financial Services, HFC, NBFC
