Functional Responsibilities :
- Initiates and mentors delivery of Process Continuous Improvement projects
- Convert business issues into meaningful projects for stakeholder review and execution.
- Engagement with stakeholders to document business objectives, build delivery plans and provide progress updates
- Create plan to achieve productivity targets in coordination with delivery leads
- Own the Finance digital roadmap and ensure improvement ideas are delivered with business benefits
- Develop PowerPoint presentation to communicate projects road map and benefits
- Drive day-to-day change management activities while providing the appropriate levels of support and coaching to team members
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with key cross functional leader
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects as requested
- Best in class industry practice adoption
- Optimum utilization of technology
Skills :
- Experience in successful completion of transformation projects delivering business benefits
- Should be Six Sigma Green Belt certified
- Knowledge of Transformation levers like RPA/ BI/ Reporting etc
- Deep domain expertise in Finance operations
- Proven ability to build productive relationship at all levels of organization
- Tableau and/or Power BI knowledge
- Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Able to work independently and takes initiative
- Capable of managing multiple time sensititive priorities simultaneously
- Detail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenance
- Ability to function well in a team environment
- Cross cultural, Analytical and Presentation Skills
- Exceptional communication skills.
