Manager - Finance Transformation

Role Overview:

- As a Manager in our Finance Transformation practice, you will lead complex client engagements, driving transformative change within their finance functions.

- You will partner with CFOs, COOs, and key executives to design and implement innovative solutions, focusing on enhancing enterprise performance management, implementing ERP solutions, and leveraging advanced technologies for process optimization.

- You will be responsible for managing project teams, ensuring project deliverables are met, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Finance Strategy and Operations Transformation

- Lead end-to-end finance strategy and operations transformation projects, including assessment, design, and implementation.

- Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders.

- Drive the development of tailored solutions to address complex client business challenges.

- Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)

- Lead EPM initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.

- Design and implement robust financial planning and analysis models.
