Big Four accounting firm - Manager - Trainer Job Brief: Conduct training sessions demonstrating in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge in finance, accounting, and other related subjects. The individual will be required to: (a) Deliver training sessions/programs as per defined timelines and requirements (b) Drive the training sessions with minimal assistance from the Project Director (c) Manage client stakeholders in complex and strenuous training assignments (d) Consistently deliver quality client services and take charge of the training sessions assigned to him/her (e) Exercise awareness at existing clients for additional business opportunities and driving aggressive sales efforts (f) Drive knowledge management within the CFO Advisory practice; mentor &amp; develop young consultants (g) Demonstrate ability to assimilate to new knowledge (h) Remain current on new developments and industry knowledge (i) Travel to client locations within India and abroad for conducting the training sessions (j) Drive project P&amp;L by monitoring billing, fee collection, controlling project expenses, etc. Required Technical Skills: (a) Possess strong domain knowledge and have strong accounting foundation skills to ensure accurate delivery at the training sessions (b) Have hands-on theoretical and practical knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) (c) Have practical knowledge of finance function and financial reporting processes, compliance and requirements (d) Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to address participant queries appropriately (e) Possess good communication skills and presentation skills, easy orator skills and ability to develop and translate the desired viewpoint to the trainees. Required Skills &amp; Experience: (a) 5-6 years of experience in conducting and effectively delivering training sessions to large audiences coming from different industries (b) Qualified CA or CPA or ACCA with 4 - 5 years of practical experience in finance / audit (c) Professionals with industry experience or experience in US GAAP, IFRS and accounting advisory (d) Strong interpersonal and communication skills (e) Excellent quantitative and analytical skills (f) Strong project planning and leadership
