Location : Manufacturing unit in Indonesia

Job purpose :

- To plan, review, supervise, monitor and improve finance, MIS & accounting processes, procedures, and controls for cost effective financing, financial risk management to meet the business objectives.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Supporting Actions :

- To develop and to execute regulations by continuously upgrading financial controls, Processes and systems.

- To establish internal controls, rules and Procedures guidelines.

- To ensure that the transactions are properly recorded in

- To ensure maintenance of Books the books of accounts. To ensure preparation of Accounts as per Thai Accounting monthly Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account and Balance Standards.

- To ensure procurement of all input materials except AN and VA To finalize the Raw Material requirement and arrange delivery of the same as per requirement.

- To ensure receipt, storage and on-time to customers

- To perform Warehouse To ensure to keep track of slow moving, non-moving management system items.

- To ensure legal compliances. To ensure timely payment of Tax & filling of Returns. To ensure timely refund of VAT & Export Incentives.

- To ensure preparation of MIS Reports
