Manager - Finance & Taxation - Renewable Energy Firm (2-7 yrs)
- Support all Direct Tax compliances including, return filing, WHT/TDS, transfer pricing documentation, assessments, appeals; engage and work closely with the companies- tax consultants on all taxation related matters.
- Be responsible for financial operations for a portfolio of SPVs including book-keeping and preparation of financial statements on monthly / quarterly / annual intervals and in a timely manner for both statutory and internal reporting under Indian GAAP and IFRS. Support / manage regular audits.
- Review books, bank reconciliations, GLs, regularly to ensure integrity and accuracy of the books and underlying data.
- Prepare regular management reports including variance analysis, cost reports, Capex analysis, cash flow analysis etc. Prepare both numerical reports and commentary & analysis on KPIs and performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and Delegation of Authority.
- Work closely with the project development, operations and business development teams to forecast cash flow requirements and make available funds in a timely manner.
- Be responsible for and supervise, train and develop reportees.
- Support / perform adhoc activities as advised from time to time.
