Finance Manager with a Startup Company A rapidly growing young organization is looking for a CA with between 5 - 8 years of post-qualification relevant experience. The Company is in the Consumer Durables sector and operates through both online and offline sales channels. Responsibility: - The person should ideally come with experience in the Consumer Durables / FMCG space but that will not be a constraint for the right candidate. - Experience in handling MIS from marketplace portals such as Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra is also desirable. - To begin with, the core job functions will be Sales/Purchase/Inventory Accounting and MIS, Banking Matters, Periodic MIS and Financial Statements Finalization / Audit thereof. - The job entails a high degree of analytical skills and the selected candidate should be able to extract insights from big data analysis. Strong excel skills is a prerequisite and the selected person should have a good understanding of IT systems/ Tally etc. - The selected candidate will be expected to do multiple tasks and stretch job boundaries in line with business growth. The organization is looking for a long-term team player with initiative who can grow with the organization. - The person selected will report to the CFO who is one of the promoters of the Company.
