Manager - Finance - Risk/Forex/Operation/EXIM - CA - FMCG/Manufacturing (5-10 yrs)
Chartered Accountant or similar qualification with more than 5 to 10 years of experience in Agri-commodity /Manufacturing/FMCG industry.
Brief Description :
1. Risk monitoring, highlighting an suggesting actions to mitigate the risks and follow up to ensure closure
2. To ensure that month close activities are completed on time and financials are reviewed on monthly basis to ensure the hygiene
3. To ensure that local laws for the country are complied with (Eg: Corp Tax, VAT, other applicable laws)
4. To have a deep understanding on the business operations and support the business head in pricing, product costing etc.
Should have experience in the following areas :
1. Manufacturing Industry/FMCG background and involved in commercial finance/product costing, MIS, Month close and reporting.
2. Risk Control understanding of business risks, mitigations and monitoring
3. (Preferred) Forex Loss Management and mitigation. (Currency Forwards, Options, NDFs etc)
4. (Preferred) Experience in treasury, awareness of LC, BOE, avalisation, Off Balance sheet structures, working capital optimization etc
5. Awareness on International Trade.
Other qualities :
1. Should be energetic and enthusiastic
2. Should we willing to travel.
