Manager - Finance - Retail/FMCG (6-15 yrs)
Job Role:-
- Works in conjunction with the Region Head & Business Finance to drive the annual Business planning/ budgeting process.
- Monitors on-going performance to track and report achievements. Highlight variances and advises Region Head on various preventive measures and corrective actions and reinforcements, if required.
- Undertakes decision-support analyses to facilitate various business decisions.
Key Responsibility:
- Prepare & Submit the Budget for Admin. expenses for the region.
- Preparation & Review of Financial statements/MIS/Variance Analysis report on monthly basis for stakeholders.
- Financial Planning and Analysis.
- Presenting Store Performance & Financial analysis of P&L to Region head for business review meeting.
- Report and control the expense overrun, with respect to budget.
- Instrumental in Controlling the Petty cash expenses.
- Manage the physical stock taking team and ensuring the stock taking activity completed in time.
- Implement the measures to control the stock shrinkages.
- Monitor the Store cash deposit tracker & Cash deposit reconciliation.
- Feasibility study for new stores as well as current stores to assess the profitability.
