Manager - Finance - Renewables Energy Business

Job Description:

- Planning & executing monthly / quarterly / annual closure schedules; providing monthly financial statements; adhering to monthly closing processes

- Spearheading monthly finalization & closing of books of accounts, completing statutory audit, internal audit and due diligence audit timely

- Responsible for India Entities Group consolidation annually and financial/management reporting function

- Prepare consolidated account and statutory reports, with full set of disclosure notes of the group as well as standalone entities

- Identifying audit issues and ensured clean-up of the same and participated in standardizing the procedures thus ensuring financial discipline

- Conducting Debtors analysis, cost / revenue analysis, debtors ageing analysis.

- Provide support to accounts team to ensure timely submission of monthly accounts

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors on reporting requirements

- Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Degree or professional qualification in CA or CPA

- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in consolidation and financial reporting

- Good understanding of accounting standards, IGAAP and Ind AS with strong technical and analytical skills

- An excellent team worker with strong communication, people-management and organization skills

- Able to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (especially MS Excel)
