- Management of the finance team

- Managing documentation with respect to Statutory and Corporate Reports
- Primary point of contact for statutory and tax auditors
- Oversee the Company Secretary relations
- Liaising with external Regulators and Advisors
- Coordinate in e-filing of Annual Returns
- Deposition of Withholding Taxes and GST on monthly basis
- Monthly Accounts Closing and preparation of Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet
