Manager - Finance - Private Equity/AIF (6-8 yrs)
Manager Finance- Bangalore (Fund)
1. Private Investments:
a. Interface with PE team on all deals from due diligence to actual closure
b. Work closely with controllership/compliance advisors to ensure smooth closure of Private investments.
2. Managing Alternative Investment Funds (AIF):
a. Manage monthly and quarterly SEBI reporting
c. Compliance to all applicable SEBI circulars
d. Work very closely with consultants to drive compliance and operational efficiency
3. International Entity Controller
a. Manage accounting of international entities
b. Work closely with business team to enable Investment In international geographies.
c. Managing all Banking relations with bankers in this geography
4. Fund accounting:
a. Liaison with fund accountants to drive parallel books
b. Drive industry practices to improve real time reporting
5. Process Conceptualization and improvement :
a. Drive automation and standardization in reporting
b. Evolve business reporting to keep pace with changing business needs
