Manager - Finance Planning & Analysis - CA (8-15 yrs)
This role is for you: -
FP&A manager will provide controllership and analytical support to the dynamic and rapidly growing business.
Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, long-range strategic planning, reporting, operating expense forecasting, financial metrics reporting, and implementing new processes.
Additionally, the incumbent will drive the annual operations Planning.
The incumbent will be a key partner to the business team, influencing and guiding decision-making and being a key bridge between the local finance and business teams.
Any candidate should be able to work well with cross-functional teams of business managers, operations, software development, accounting, and finance.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Create monthly financial reports.
- Drive process for financial planning, forecasting including annual operating plans.
- Coordinate Submissions to central/corporate FP&A.
- Define Submission Deliverables including Dates, Recurrence, and Analytics Required.
- Identify and communicate risks/opportunities. Ensure appropriate Analytics were performed for all FP&A submissions.
- Ensure appropriate Analytics were performed for all FP&A submissions.
- Ensure appropriate Business team / Finance team input and sign off for all FP&A submissions
- Overseeing and providing analytical support for business optimization initiatives.
- Ensuring financial controls are in place and are followed, maintaining data integrity.
- Managing the financial close process, accounting, and results reporting
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 8+ years work experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong analytical and written communication skills - ability to synthesize information and create clear and coherent presentations.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience creating effective processes to manage voluminous workflow.
- Forward-looking thinker, who is proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions.
- Ability to understand the task and work independently to accomplish the goal. Very strong presentation skills are required.
