Manager - Finance/Payroll Accounting (7-15 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Processing monthly Payroll for partners
- Ad-hoc payment processing
- Query resolution related to payroll and other related activities
- Ensuring month end activities
- Co-ordination with payroll vendor and internal finance team
- Preparation of monthly schedules and accounting
- Generating various MIS
Qualifications and Skills :
Must have analytical, problem solving, team building, strategic sourcing and change management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Extremely well organized and detailed oriented with demonstrated follow-up skills
- Strong Financial aptitude
- Proficient in PC applications to include: MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience and Background :
- 7-15 years of customer service experience in a professional work environment with a minimum of 5 years- experience in Payroll Accounting.
- B Com/ MBA (Finance) with an experience in Payroll Accounting
