We are looking for Experienced candidate for O2C -&nbsp; Job/Project Description- - On time and accurate VBU reports to VBU leaders on PBDD, invoice rejection, cancellation and Debtors. - Create plan to control invoice rejection and cancellation - PBDD control - Creating and maintaining accurate customer master. - On time invoicing and ensuring it reaches the customer as per agreed SLA - Defining customer specific invoicing &amp; collection process - Making sure collection process is followed with timely escalation - Play a lead role in integration projects - On time collection of invoices and pursuing the collection for overdue invoices. - Internal and Statutory Audit requirements. - Inputs for Audit and board meeting. - Review of existing process &amp; suggest process improvement - Focus on reduction of revenue leakage - Reduction of customer escalations - Work closely with delivery &amp; PMO to streamline the process Skills &amp; Experience -&nbsp; - Fast learner of software user interfaces. - Experience in process automation - Experience with, Excel, PPT - Very organized and punctual,Oral &amp; Written communication and Presentation skills - Crises management skills RCA (Root cause analysis) and taking steps to avoid such issues. - Experience working with cross functional teams. - Worked extensively in Oracle invoicing environment Education : MBA, CA or CMA
