Role:
They are looking for a Finance Manager to form a critical part of the Finance team, based in Mumbai. This role is an excellent opportunity for a person with Fintech/Insurance tech background to join our team. The person will be reporting directly to the Chief Finance Officer & will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the financials of the company
- Responsible for all taxation and accounting-related activities
- Stakeholder management which includes but is not limited to Department Heads and Program Managers
- To perform timely internal audits and handle external auditors
- To effectively handle finance operations and assist in payroll as required
- Manage Vendors related to Finance
- Reconciliation and tracking of Invoices
Skills and experience required:
- Essential Qualification - CA
- 2-5 years of work experience preferably in NBFC/FinTech
- Excellent written and spoken English
