Manager - Finance - NBFC - CA (3-8 yrs)
Role/Qualifications:
1. Set up the Finance function.
2. Handle all regulatory interactions of the Entity.
3. Co-ordinate with the statutory authorities on foreign equity/debt
4. Facilitate RBI related compliances.
5. Handle all banking requirements and set up the finance structure/policy/team.
Qualifications:
1. CA with around 3 to 7 years experience.
2. CS qualification would be an additional advantage.
3. Must have hands on experience in handling investment/cap table/RBI
4. Exposure to NBFC/Credit card Companies would be an advantage.
5. Self starter and confident to handle and set things up independently.
