About our client :
Our client is one of the growing NBFCs in India.
Job Description :
- Ensure books of accounts are correct and up to date and streamline accounting by closely monitoring and managing the outsourced accounting team
- Responsible for monthly closure of books of accounts including general ledger reviews and control for accuracy of accounting, accruals
- Ensure smooth functioning of accounts payable by coordinating with vendors and outsourced accounting team
- Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
- Manage outsourced accounting functions on an end-to-end basis and continuously improve the FP&A function
- Take charge of GST and TDS compliances on a concurrent basis, including all reconciliations
- Work closely with consultants to ensure all the compliance- labor and commercial and regularly complied with
- Provide support to close audit- statutory and tax audits and other year-end activities including preparation of year-end financials
The Successful candidate should :
- Be a qualified CA - with 3 to 5 years post qualification experience in Banking and financial services domain
- Be well versed with SAP/Oracle ERPs/ Oracle Netsuite systems
