SUMMARY : The Manager - Modern Trade &amp; E commerce is responsible for overall controlling and partnering finance for Modern Trade and E commerce channels. He / She is responsible for operational control, profitability and Credit Management of these channels. SCOPE / DIMENSIONS OF ROLE : Internally the role holder interacts with head of modern trade, head of Ecom &amp; various account managers. Also there interaction with Sales director &amp; Marketing director. RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES a. GM improvement: GM improvement by driving right mix to the channel b. TS Optimization: Ensuring ROI and optimum Trade Spends to be invested in the channel c. Customer Management. d. Invoicing &amp; Claim Management : - Responsible for customer order release - Ensure the implementation of Trade Schemes are as per approved policy by Company. - Responsible for settlement of off Invoice Claims, i.e. monthly trade claims, quarterly/yearly scheme payouts for all parties. NMCs (No More Claims) from parties to be cleared on quarterly basis e. Collections &amp; Credit Management : - Responsible for reconciliation of Key Accounts - Ensure timely collections are made from KA / E commerce parties f. Other responsibilities : - Maintain appropriate commercial hygiene and discipline in the operations as well as in market &amp; CFA point - Responsible for delivering channel P&amp;L KEY CHALLENGES : - Resolving of NMC issues with parties - Ensuring timely collections and payments PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE : - Qualification: CA (1st Attempt) - Years of experience: 4 - 6 yrs of experience - Any specific knowledge, skills, attributes required : Good at analysis COMPETENCIES : - Financial Accounting &amp; Control - Integrity &amp; Judgement - Financial Analysis &amp; Advice - Commercial Perspective - Financial Systems - Project management PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES : - Able to work with little or no supervision with accuracy and thoroughness. - Able to set realistic timetables, meet deadlines and prioritize work. - Able to quickly grasp new job requirements and/or more demanding tasks. - Cooperates positively as a team member with members of own department &amp; other departments. - Honesty and integrity in all dealings. - Take accountability for actions and conduct in the workplace.
