Manager - Finance MIS

- Handling MIS and various reporting related to the Management.

- P&L analysis reports (Key financial information Ratio and analysis to the top management for financial decision-making).

- Cost analysis & Cost calculation of all the products of the company.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work on monthly / quarterly reporting to the Management / Investors.

- Work on improvement of existing processes to help generate better quality MIS.

- Liaise with other departments to meet Group objectives, for process improvements and timely deliverables.

- Design new reports that could help better analysis and add value.

- Devise key metrics for performance measurement and reporting / Compare with market expectations.

- Ensure compliance with Shareholders Agreements.

- Benchmark reporting / disclosures with other companies (international as well) to improve quality of MIS.

- Business Planning / Budgeting / Continuous monitoring of actuals vs. budgets.

- Work with internal teams / external consultants on automation of MIS.

Qualification And Experience :

i. CA or CWA with 2-5 years of experience in MIS reporting for a complex and large sized business

ii. Good team player, developing and obtaining Knowledge from cross functional teams on process & structures along with good reporting and analytical skills.

iii. Innovative thinker - ideas to increase efficiencies and optimize reporting processes.

iv. Candidate should have Good Communication skills.

v. Candidates should be willing to work in shifts.

vi. Should have Sound Knowledge of advanced Excel, H Look UP, V Lookup, PowerPoint, Macros, Charts, Pivot Table.

vii. Should possess Experience in reporting of process level metrics and data insights.

viii. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft excel, excellent numerical ability & Analytical skills, Proficient in using email.
