MANAGER FINANCE We are looking for an experienced Manager Finance who is well-versed in all aspects of financial management and banking operations. The candidate should be an excellent leader as he will be interacting with all relative departments of the organization and should be able to achieve complete financial control. RESPONSIBILITIES - Experience in MEDIA / ENTERTAINMENT industry is MANDATORY - Develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting. - Prepare or direct preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, and/or reports required by regulatory agencies. - Provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company. - Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company. Supervise all finance personnel. - Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organizations operations. - Preparation of monthly and annual financial plans. - Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs - Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner. - Maintain speed and accuracy of billings and client payments and Manage vendor relationships. - Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained. - Set up and oversee the company's finance IT system. - Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required. Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies. - Develop, maintain and improve Governance standards. - Monthly Review meetings. - Cost reduction, efficiency and improvement in existing business processes. - Due Diligence Requirements - Proven experience as finance officer or relevant role. Especially in the field of Media / Entertainment - In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices - Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods - Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Accounting & financial management software.
