Manager - Finance - Manufacturing Firm (5-15 yrs)
- Managing the financial reporting for the organisation includes monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Managing and overseeing the company's banking and borrowing arrangements
- Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls
- Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Financial and Management Accounting functions.
- Managing and tracking budget and accounting information including billing, collections, and tax information
- Advising and implementing best practice methods to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Ensure that the finance team are informed of their roles, responsibilities, and expectations and to provide them with appropriate, timely and accurate information, training, and on-going development.
- Manage the preparation of the departmental budgets and forecasts, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Payment to Foreign Suppliers: Both Direct and LC's.
- Drafting of Rent Agreements/Drop shipment Agreements/ Other Agreements.
- Ensure to get Preparation of documentation for Transfer pricing Cases.
- Income Tax:-Income Tax cases and assessment proceedings.
- Statutory Compliances under Foreign Exchange Management Act,1999.
- Maintenance of Fixed Assets Register.
- Vendor and Customer Reconciliation.
- Monitor Other General Administrative work.
1. Must have SAP Knowledge.
2. Good Communication in English (verbal and Written)
3. Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
4. Analytical and time management skills
5. Knowledge of GST & TDS
6. Ability to collaborate with upper management to organize, plan and achieve company financial goals
7. Strategic thinking, planning and creative problem-solving skills
8. Good knowledge on computers in Excel and Power point for presentation.
Qualification - MBA
