Job Responsibilities:

1. Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual results

2. Business Plan and Financial Forecast

3. Evaluate and decide on investments

4. Supervise a team of Finance and Accounting and Costing Role

5. Allocate resources and manage cash flows

6. Conduct profit and cost analyses

7. Develop procedures and policies for accounting

8. Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations

9. Consult Senior Team members about funding options

10. Recommend cost-reducing solutions

11. Statutory Audit

12. Income Tax / TDS / GST

13. Internal Audit

14. Good Rapport with Other Functional Heads

15. Working Capital and Banking and Treasury Relationships

16. Conduct risk management for Finance and Accounts Function

Candidate Profile:

- Qualified CA with 6-10 yrs of experience with manufacturing sector.
