Manager - Finance - IT/ITeS - CA (7-13 yrs)

We have an opportunity for Finance Manager with one of the IT Technology Group in Pune.

Position : Manager Finance

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Supervising finance team subordinates for ensuring accuracy in core accounting functions -

- Accounts Receivables

- Accounts Payables

- General Ledger

- Fixed Assets

- Employee Expenses reimbursement

- Payroll

- Intercompany receivables/ payables management

2. Responsible for managing :

- MIS reporting

- Budgeting / Forecasting

- Statutory audit/ Tax audit/ Transfer Pricing of Indian Companies

- Direct and Indirect Tax compliances including but not limited to STPI/ Customs/ GST/ TDS/ FEMA

- Treasury Management

- Liaison with consultants for handling Tax assessments

Technical Requirements :

1. C.A. with 7-13 years of hands-on experience in the core accounting & finance domain

2. Must have worked in IT/ ITES sector and Indian Companies

3. Must have hands on experience in Direct and Indirect Tax compliances including but not limited to STPI/ Customs/ GST/ TDS/ FEMA

4. Should have reasonable working knowledge of Income-tax Act, GST and FEMA

5. Must have reasonable working knowledge of Accounting Standards and should be conversant with finalisation and preparation of financial statements as required by Schedule III of Companies Act, 2013

6. Experience in QuickBooks, Tally Accounting software is a must

7. Computer Proficiency - Excel proficiency

Behavioural Requirements :

1. Experience in handling teams

2. Fluent communication (verbal and written)
