Manager - Finance - IT - CA

We have an opportunity for Manager Finance with one of our IT client in Pune:

Responsibilities :-

1. Supervising finance team subordinates for ensuring accuracy in core accounting functions -

- Accounts Receivables

- Accounts Payables

- General Ledger

- Fixed Assets

- Employee Expenses reimbursement

- Payroll

- Intercompany receivables/ payables management

2. Responsible for managing -

- MIS reporting

- Budgeting / Forecasting

- Statutory audit/ Tax audit/ Transfer Pricing of Indian Companies

- Direct and Indirect Tax compliances including but not limited to STPI/ Customs/ GST/ TDS/ FEMA

- Treasury Management

- Liaison with consultants for handling Tax assessments

Technical Requirements:-

1. C.A. with 7-12 years of hands-on experience in the core accounting & finance domain

2. Must have hands on experience in Direct and Indirect Tax compliances including but not limited to STPI/ Customs/ GST/ TDS/ FEMA

3. Should have reasonable working knowledge of Income-tax Act, GST and FEMA

4. Should have reasonable knowledge of Companies Act, 2013

5. Must have reasonable working knowledge of Accounting Standards and should be conversant with finalisation and preparation of financial statements as required by Schedule III of Companies Act, 2013

6. Must have worked in IT/ ITES sector and Indian Companies

7. Experience in Tally Accounting software is a must

8. Computer Proficiency - Excel proficiency
