Finance Manager - CA/MBA Finance

1. Must have 7-10 years - experience in IT company (product based company )

2. Should have done Project Level and Product level Analysis.

3. Expert in Revenue finance like: accounts receivable, accounts payable, expense management etc.

4. Hands-on experience on Indian and International compliances like GST, TDS etc.

5. Proper invoicing and billing process experience in IT company, experience in International billing and invoicing process

6. Must have been involved in strategic initiative, holding structure, fund transfer between organization entities

7. Should have experience in Strategic management on accounting perspective like organization structure, global organization structure etc.

8. Good experience working with investors, investor relation, getting the funding, managing the fund etc.

9. Project Accounting

- Budgetary controls on spends

- Intercompany billings

- Pricing analysis

- Capitalisation of inhouse developed software / Asset capitalization

- Creation of Intangible assets (self-generated goodwill based on IP

Eligibility :

- 7+ years- of experience as CA

- Must have experience in IT company

- Candidate should be dynamic, proactive and individual contributor

- Education: CA/MBA-Finance

- Good knowledge about law and compliances.

- Candidate should join within immediate to 15 days
