Finance Manager - Internet - Mumbai - Female candidates only In this role, expect to: - Monthly MIS reporting of the company's performance for consolidation. - Preparation and closure of Quarterly and Yearly Financials for audit and consolidation - Liaison with auditors and tax professionals in respect of queries and audit closures - Inter-Company reconciliations with parent and group companies - Vetting contracts - Cash Flow Management - Liaising with legal consultants for matters related to claims. - Reconciliations and issue-resolving with payment gateways - Direct tax including Income tax compliances. - Indirect tax - GST compliances, returns - Compliances with respect to various statutory remittances on a monthly basis.
