Position&nbsp; : Manager Finance (Foreign Subsidiary) Location : Mumbai (Kandivali) Education : CA Reporting to : Finance Head Experience : 6-12 years Key Skills : Experience in handling Foreign Subsidiaries is a must Key Job Responsibilities : - Responsible for preparing balance sheet and Profit and Loss accounts with schedules and comply with the audit requirements of foreign subsidiaries - Working capital Management for foreign subsidiaries - Ensure timely completion of accounting entries - Preparation of Monthy MIS on / around 5th of the next month of foreign subsidiaries - Liasoning with the bank in regard to payments, receipts &amp; any other work etc. - Timely preparation of budgets of foreign subsidiaries - Variance analysis (Actual V/s Budget). Ensure budget control through SAP system - Ensure compliance for all financial and taxation related statutory matters within statutory time limits of foreign subsidiaries - Ensure preparation, filling and compliance of all company law matters of foreign&nbsp;subsidiaries - Ensure completion of all audits (External, Internal, VAT, etc.) within statutory time limits,&nbsp;where applicable of foreign subsidiaries - Ensure that the company is insured against all risks, by renewing all relevant policies&nbsp; - Custodian of financial data - Supporting HOD in the work of establishing any new ventures abroad. Technical competencies : 1. Knowledge &amp; experience of SAP, FICO, SD and MM module 2. Knowledge &amp; experience of advanced accountancy 3. Knowledge of Taxes &amp; Statutory requirements applicable in US, Croatia &amp;&nbsp;Switzerland (Income Tax, WHT, VAT,Secretarial etc.) would be an added advantage. 4. Knowledge &amp; experience of working capital management.
