Purpose : To provide leadership and coordination of company financial planning, debt financing, and budget management functions and oversee the accounts team functioning at a strategic level across all international subsidiaries Responsibilities : Corporate Planning &amp; Systems : - Involved in corporate planning during organizational restructuring at all levels - Ensure compliance with all local, state and national registration, licenses, permissions et cetera in all geographical areas of the Company's operations. - Attend Board/ Subcommittee meetings; including being the lead staff on the Audit/Finance Committee. - Involved in formulation of various systems, policies, procedures, commensurate with the need of the company - Involved in Financial projections of collaborations / joint ventures envisaged - BID and new businesses management process - PR with key business partner resources Finance : - Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost &amp; Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Costing &amp; Profitability Analysis and Management Reporting - Preparation and submission of applications to Financial Institutions for financial assistance in form of Term Loans, Short Term Deposits and timely follow up for necessary sanctions, documentations and disbursements - Arranging Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantee - Arranging Suppliers' Credit and Buyers' Credit - Placement of commercial papers - Liaising with Senior Officials of Banks, Financial Institutions, Finance Companies, prospective investors/VC, etc. Accounts &amp; Audit : - Accounting Standards and their implementation through agency - Insurance Portfolio - Company law and ROC compliance - Debtors and Creditors management Taxation : - Oversee Personal taxation - employees - Oversee Filing of returns and attending tax authorities for assessments and appeals
