Manager - Finance - Hospital Group

- CA,, MBA preferred, CFA is an added advantage with minimum 15 years and 4 yrs in any GCC experience in accounting, and /or finance, out of which at least 8 years should have been in a Managerial position in the Hospital Industry. 

- Should have lead relationships with banks and external auditors. Well seasoned & experienced in all accounting practices & policies, financial & management planning, internal controls, treasury, finance activities, analyzing and making recommendations regarding new ventures/projects/investments compliance and information technology etc. 

- Should be proficient in computers. His responsibilities will include liaising with auditors, interfacing with financial institutions, preparing monthly management reports, preparing the annual budgets, preparing regular variance reports highlighting deviations.

- This position will be directly reporting to the Chairman. 

- Expats with healthcare experience in GCC or OMAN are preferred within the age of 40 to 45 years. 

Role : Able to lead with speed and agility the Company's financial function and successfully integrate with other major functions of the company. 

- Supervises and controls Divisions financial activities to ensure accurate and timely processing of all operations involved including budget, cost control, contract management, reporting, decision support data etc. 

- Acts as a unit financial advisor and answer all audit queries.

- Establishes/enhances financial procedures of Asset Units/Divisions to secure efficient processing of financial documents, in coordinating with finance division
