Manager - Finance - HEMM/Fleet Operation

Position: - Manager Finance

Experience: - Minimum 5+ Year

Location: - Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Africa

Education: - ICWA / CMA

Note: Canddiate MUST BE WORK WITH HEMM DEPARTMENT OR HANDLE FLEET OPERATION WORK IN COMPANY

Job Profile:-

- Candidate Must Have who can carry the operations of HEMM operations / Fleet Management

- Exp in Joint Venture Finance Documents and Maintain Financial Records

- Excellent grasp of Financial and Management Accounting; Taxation and relevant legislation.

- Knowledge of accounting principles and practice and the analysis and reporting of financial data.

- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior level leaders regarding key business priorities, issues and initiatives.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and regulations related to the financial sector.

- Monitor of company's budget and ensure fund are well allocated

- Manage and review the cash flow projection report so as to ensure proper planning of daily activities, Oversee intercompany loan transactions

- Lead the preparation of financial reports and ensure they are submitted to the management within the required period

- Answer any financial related queries to the external auditor

- Manage all finance related records and ensure safe-keeping of the same
