Major KRA's :

Maintenance of Company Accounts & Auditing :

Maintenance of Company accounts as per USGAAP and Indian GAAP.

- Ensuring that the end to end inventory accounting is accurate and efficient.

- Dealing with the statutory, internal & tax auditors on behalf of the Company.

- Ensure all balance sheet accounts are appropriately reconciled; review key business cycles to ensure appropriate controls and procedures are in place.

- Institute and maintain proper accounting control over asset acquisition, cash and bank accounts, payables and payroll accounting.

- Maintain proper documentation of accounting policy and procedures.

- Ensure statutory accounts are audited annually and are in accordance to local GAAP. Provide reconciliation to US GAAP

- Ensure local accounting policies and procedures are in accordance with US GAAP, SOX and IGAAP requirements.

Controls & Compliance:

Evaluation and continuous strengthening of internal control system.

- Statutory compliances under various legislations applicable to the company, including, but not limited to Income Tax, Companies Act, Service Tax, and other corporate laws.

Cost Control and Monitoring

The ideal candidate should be a CA with 7 + years/CA Inter with 10 years experience. The individual should have good understanding of finance, accounting, budgeting, MIS, cost control principles, direct and indirect taxes, accounting standards including IFRS and US GAAP.
