About Our Client:

Our client is a leading omni-channel provider of cross-border payment solutions to consumers & businesses around the world.

Job Description:

- Assume full responsibility for all core financial processes namely financial accounting, MIS reporting, financial controls, planning, budgeting, forecasting, audit and taxation.

- Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company by way of timely preparation and finalization of month/annual reports encompassing Balance sheet, Profit & Loss etc

- Create & provide direction to a team of 5-10 staff managing accounting and audit function

- Undertake detailed analysis of expenses on a monthly basis to ensure 100% allocation of expenses to right cost center as well as to have a control over the expenses

The ideal candidate should:

- Be a CA with 8-10 years of work experience in a bank / remittance organisation / Big 4 / NBFC

- Possess solid knowledge of FX accounting, remittances, cross-border transaction accounting, US GAAP/IFRS

- Possess excellent communication skills for interacting with regional teams

- Have good team building/management experience
