Manager - Finance - Foods/Manufacturing - CA (10-18 yrs)

Purpose of the Job :

- Control the finance management of Organization

- Elaborate, report and analyse the financial statements

- Detect, propose and follow-up areas of opportunities to increase the company- s profitability

Key Accountabilities :

1. Responsible for the AF India legal entities financial, tax and legal obligations:

a. Book keeping - relation with auditors and tax administration

b. Budget planning & controlling

c. Cost accounting by product/client

d. Legal, tax & insurance: liaise with lawyers, tax advisors, insurance and the Group

e. Reporting to the Group according to Group requirements

f. Control and support WCN reduction (stock and AR).

2. Provide the Management with adequate information so as to take decisions which will help to achieve budgeted targets

3. Management Information System: Design, develop and operate the MIS necessary to plan and control the activities efficiently Controlling tasks and adhoc analysis (i.e. costing, cost-center reporting, etc.)

4. Create annual Budget, FYP, FCs and monthly reporting (ADM), Cash Management and ensure that all documents are established accurately and in due time

5. Comply with the applicable Group Compliance

6. Guidelines Support all other functions (purchase ..) from finance point of view

7. Commit to act according to the key management principle and safety- first culture as defined in theOrganization

8. Statutory Compliance / Audit/ Transfer prining / Income tax return Etc
