Are you a finance professional with a strong grasp of trade finance, fund management, and working capital optimization?

We're looking for a Manager Finance to join our dynamic team and drive strategic financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Working Capital Management and Daily Fund Planning.

- Manage Trade Finance activities including Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Bill Discounting, PCL/PCFC, and Limit Monitoring.

- Coordinate and negotiate with banks on financial instruments, ensuring compliance with RBI/FEMA guidelines.

- Handle Foreign Exchange receipts & payments and execute well-informed hedging strategies.

- Oversee invoicing, bank reconciliation, and follow-ups on receivables

- Drive statutory and internal audits prepare audit working papers, take corrective and preventive actions

- Ensure regular updates of Debtors Statement, Comdex files, and other key reports

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor finance team members to enhance overall efficiency

What Were Looking For:

- Strong exposure to Trade Finance, Forex & Hedging.

- Proven experience in Bank Coordination and Fund Management.

- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.

- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset
