Manager - Finance - FMCG/FMCD (10-17 yrs)
Looking for a CA / ICWA/ MBA Finance with core Business exposure, handled Business partnering:
Roles and responsibilities :
- Ensuring timely submission of plan/ forecast/ budget
- Working with cross-functional teams to generate plan numbers.
- Working closely with the sales team to drive the targets.
- Developing creative reports to get a deeper insight into the business.
- Analysis of financial statements; gross margin, net margin, selling expenses, etc., and working with the sales team to drive these better than targets.
- Define, identify, and track appropriate metrics, KPIs, and associated drivers to track the performance of the sales team.
- Support business teams in commercial project negotiations, contract evaluation, etc.
- Good understanding of service business
- Drive the account receivable process by working with the team.
- Review contracts with Customers/dealers/ distributors.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C
