Manager - Finance - FMCG - CA

We are looking one candidate for "Manager-Finance" with one of our client into FMCG Industry.

Qualification - CA

Required Skill Set :

- FMCG Exposure: Preferably from an FMCG background, with a good understanding of supply chain cost structures, promotional spends, and trade schemes.

- Product Costing Expertise: In-depth understanding of costing methodologies, including standard costing, variance analysis, and cost optimization across production processes.

- Sales Operations Analysis: Strong coordination with sales teams for region-wise performance analysis, SKU-wise contribution analysis, and distributor claim evaluations.

- Analytical & Decision-Support Skills: Skilled in financial modeling, trend analysis, and MIS reporting to support senior management in budgeting and planning decisions.

- Finalization & Audit: Working knowledge of financial statements finalization, including provisioning, schedules, and ledger scrutiny. Experienced in handling statutory and internal audits.

- Systems: Proficient in Excel, ERP (SAP/Oracle/Tally), and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) for reporting and dashboards.
