Manager - Finance - FMCG (8-12 yrs)
Own P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement.
- Design and implement the process to review and report monthly financials under USGAAP accounting under stringent timelines.
- Be on top of the India specific requirements to close books under Indian GAAP and complete Statutory Audits.
- Should advise the management on Transfer Pricing requirements and administration of direct taxes including filing tax returns, transfer pricing documentation etc.
- Should advice and guide the management and accounting team on GST requirements supervise the regulatory compliances required under the regulations-
- Develop tools for early identification of financial problems and make recommendations for resolution of problems. Design and improve financial systems and models.
- Ensure the business is in total compliance with local and US rules and regulations, such as anti-corruption regulations (FCPA).
- Communicate and ensure compliance with company financial and accounting policies
- Have excellent working knowledge on SOX and IFC compliances. Develop and oversee the internal control framework to ensure that internal policies are set up and controls are measured and tested frequently meet the IFC and SOX RCMs
- Good working knowledge and supervisory skills for working on established ERP like SAP, Navision, Oracle etc. Should be able to guide the team on the ERP functioning (functional part and not technical part)
- Oversee the Cash Management function, including banking relationships. Should prepare the cash flow estimates based on the forecasts and advise the management and guide the team on optimum utilization of cash reserves.
