Skill & Experience :

- Should have experience in between 1 - 4 yrs in Banking & Financial Services for an Engineering based Company.

- Should have good communication skills self-motivation, commercial awareness and be initiative.

- Should have excellent problem-solving, analytical, technically strong in Finance and accounts.

Job Responsibilities (Indicative only):

- To forecast company's expected operating performance, solvency, return to shareholder and debt capacity for financing.

- Project finance NPV and IRR evaluation for company's expansion, asset improvement funding or off-balance sheet solutions

- Evaluation of client's financial performance with industry peer perspective

- Conceptualizing historical and foretasted performance outcome and present metrics of return, margin, solvency, liquidity and capital management

- Storyboard for peer performance and industry trend of margin, earning volatility, leverage and capital management

- Presentation of scenario based solutions like asset backed finance and working capital finance for capital management

Report on Key Financial Analysis :

- Balance Sheet, Cost of capital, capital structure, debt capacity, solvency, liquidity, cash flow, working capital, borrowed capital, consolidated project financial, lease liabilities, economic value added, operating performance, financial leverage, regression analysis, Return on invested capital, ROE, project finance, IRR, NPV, present value of future cash flows, international finance (effect of trade flow, interest rates and foreign exchange on business entities)

- Analysis of company financials through Annual Reports.

- Understanding the reporting standards and normalizing financials for bench marking.

- Financials adjustment as per Bank's required analysis standard
