Manager - Finance Due Diligence - CA - Consulting Firm

Currently we have an open position for Finance Due Diligence ( FDD) role with an MNC consulting firm.

Location : Mumbai

Designation : Manager

Academic Qualification : CA (passout in 2009 - 2011)

Job Role:-

- Understanding of the business, competitive positioning, strengths, weaknesses,opportunities, challenges etc. of the target company

- Analyzing historic and current financial information

- Analyzing projections and assumptions used for the same

- Identification of deal issues, assessing their impact on the transaction (valuation etc.) and advising on ways to address the issues

- Analysis of transaction risks and ways to mitigate them

- Understand transaction structure and advise on structuring issues

- Experience -5- 8 years of relevant post qualification experience.

Preference will be given to candidates who have :

- Due diligence experience as part of M&A team in industry or Big 4 CA firms.

- Been a part of the audit and assurance practice of Big 4 CA firms with some due diligence exposure.
