Manager - Finance/Debt Origination - Industrial/Infrastructure

Manager finance: CA/ MBA (finance) with 3-5 yrs experience. Experience in corporates is a must-have

Role requires experience in the following:

- global funding and debt capital markets activity

- multiple currencies of borrowing, tenors, markets as also the close coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders

- Ensuring best commercial terms, timely execution,documentation, servicing and re-financing

KRAs:

1. Debt Management: analysing the monthly and quarterly cash forecasting/funding plan

2. Assist Debt origination head in debt capital market financing projects

3. Assist in organizing funding for all companies for strategic projects

4. Build strong relationships with banks across lending and capital markets division, multilateral/ export financing agencies and fixed income investors
