Manager - Finance - CPG - CA/IIM/XLRI/MDI/FMS/SIBM (5-8 yrs)
Manager Finance is required for a multinational CPG Company based at Mumbai.
The incumbent will be responsible for Finance & Accounts for Modern Retail Channel, E-Commerce and Marketing Channel.
KRAs:
- Budgeting and MIS
- Enhancing spend effectiveness/Analytics
- Accounting of marketing spends
- Managing timely payments and periodic reconciliation
- Providing finance support to the marketing team in areas such as audit, commercial / accounting hygiene, policies etc
- Continuous engagement with Modern Trade chains and eCommerce Partners
- Commercial negotiation with chains
- Managing commercial compliances with respect to payment policies, credit norms, manpower supply contracts etc. with National Key accounts
- Customer reconciliation
The incumbent should have cleared all groups of CA in First Attempt or should be MBA in Finance from premiere institute like IIM's / XLRI / MDI / FMS Delhi / SIBM etc with at least 4 yrs - 8 yrs of post CA / MBA experience in Sales Accounting / Regional Finance in a FMCG / CPG / Retail Company.
